Obituary for Tosca B. Patti

TOSCA BARNINI PATTI, 99, of 21 Milan Street, in the Lakewood section of Pittsfield, died Wednesday, March 4, at Berkshire Place where she had resided since December 2005.
Born in Pittsfield, March 27, 1909, the daughter of Narciso and Emma Ghini
Barnini, she was educated in Pittsfield schools. After the death of her mother, she
helped raise the family.
Mrs. Patti was a homemaker.
She was a communicant of the former All Souls Church and a member of its
Ladies Society. She enjoyed reading and cooking for her family and friends.
Her husband, Mario Patti, whom she married in 1930, died May 20, 1982.
Mrs. Patti is survived by a son, Raymond J. Patti of Orlando, Florida; a daughter,
Joan A. Lennon of Pittsfield; two brothers, John "Slip" Barnini of Boca Raton, Florida,
and Joseph "Jake" Barnini of Pittsfield; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren,
and two great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Patti was pre-deceased by a son, John Patti, who died in 1946; a sister, Mary
Renzi; and two brothers, Edward Barnini and Paul Barnini.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for TOSCA BARNINI PATTI, who died Wednesday, March 4, will be Monday, March 9, at 11:30 a.m., at DERY FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Peter A. Gregory, Pastor of St. Charles Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the family
plot in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will precede the service beginning at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Patti may be made to Make-A-Wish in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
