PITTSFIELD- Shane Michael Aulisio, 33, passed away December 13, 2019, unexpectedly at home. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts on September 27, 1986, the son of Earl Persip Jr. and Angela Aulisio.

Shane’s energetic personality & humor would brighten up a room. Shane was an avid sports fan, with a strong passion for basketball & the Patriots. He mostly enjoyed attending his daughter Ahliya’s basketball games and spending time with her. Shane loved being adventurous in nature & enjoyed playing poker. Shane took great pride in his daughters, Ahliya and Shailyn and always made sure to share how important they were to him.

Shane attended Pittsfield High School where he was a running back for the football team. He later received his GED in 2012.

Shane enjoyed cooking and loved to cook for family and friends. He worked as a line cook for the Crown Plaza, and most recently at Market 32 in the deli.

Shane is survived by his parents; Earl Persip Jr. & Angela Aulisio, Daughters; Ahliya Phillips & Shailyn Aulisio & Siblings; Earl, Tasha & Ryan Persip & Harmony Edwards-Persip, as well as several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces & nephews.

Shane is predeceased by his Grandparents; Earl Sr. & Iris Persip, Henry & Jean Aulisio, Uncles; Franklin Patrick & Jeffrey Aulisio, Aunt Debbie Gardner & Niece Iris Bland.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Shane M. Aulisio will be held Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 2:30pm at Dery Funeral Home, located at 54 Bradford St in Pittsfield. A repass celebration will take place directly after at the Polish Falcon Club, 32 Bel Air Ave. Pittsfield.

Shane did so much for everybody and was loved by so many he was an amazing man full of life and can always make u laugh and when u needed someone to talk to shane was their always with open arms .. I will miss u always shane.. You will be forever in my heart..
