I enjoyed your mother so much while I worked in activities at Berkshire Place. We talked a lot about gardening, Maine, and making meatballs and ravioli! It is funny that I was recently thinking of your mom because she told me that making chicken fricassee for Christmas was a tradition for your family and I was thinking ahead to Christmas Eve dinner and remembered Rita and thought I might do the same this year....so the menu is set!!
