Obituary for Victor D. Browne Jr.
Victor D. Browne Jr., 50, of 169 Valentine Road, Pittsfield died April 7,, 2016 at Berkshire Medical Center after a long illness. Born in Pittsfield on July 30, 1965 the son of the late Victor D. Browne Sr., and Frances Furbish. He was educated in local schools and was a 1983 graduate of Pittsfield High Schools food trade program.
A carpenter by trade Victor especially enjoyed finishing carpentry. He was an avid basketball fan and really loved bicycle riding. He also enjoyed drawing building models to scale and spending time with his family.
He leaves his sisters; Laurel A. Bush and Francis L. Browne both of Pittsifeld, a brother; Steven D. Browne of Boston, Ma and his nurse and family friend Joyce Gardner of Berlin, N.Y.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Victor D. Browne Jr., who died April 7, 2016 will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery in Pittsfield. There are no Calling hours. Memorial donations in memory of Victor may be made to a charity of one's choice. DERY FUNERAL HOME is handling arrangements.
