Obituary for Timothy W. Conant

TIMOTHY WALTER CONANT, 49, of the Town of Peru, died Thursday,
January 15, at Berkshire Medical Center. .
Born in Pittsfield, January 18, 1959, a son of Rosemary A. Jandro Conant of
Pittsfield and Naples, Florida, and the late Walter F. Conant, Jr., he was a 1977 graduate of Taconic High School.
Mr. Conant was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 63 for
twenty years. For ten years he was employed by Pittsfield Pipers.
An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, ice fishing, and snowmobiling.
Mr. Conant leaves his wife, the former Kelly L. St John, whom he married
June 11, 1993. Besides his wife, and his mother, Mr. Conant is survived by four brothers, James
B. Conant of Pittsfield, Thomas J. Conant of Beaver Creek, Ohio, Daniel J. Conant of
Pittsfield, and Matthew E. Conant of Pittsfield; a sister, Kathleen T. Keegan of
Pittsfield; a stepson, Wayne Phillips and his fianc�e, Kyla Berkley, of Pittsfield; a
granddaughter, Kalise; and fifteen nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for TIMOTHY WALTER CONANT, who died Thursday,
January 15, will be Tuesday, January 20, at 8:15 a.m., from DERY FUNERAL HOME,
with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m., at St. Mark Church celebrated by Rev.
John C. Salatino, Pastor. Burial will be in the Spring in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling
hours will be Monday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home. The omission of
flowers is requested. Contributions in memory of Mr. Conant may be made to the
Pittsfield Boys and Girls Club in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street,
Pittsfield.
