Obituary for Theresa Emma Card
Theresa Emma Card, 97, of Pittsfield, MA, passed away December 10, 2020 at Kimball Farms Nursing Home, from COVID-19.
Born in Easthampton, MA on December 4, 1923, she was the daughter of Joseph and Maude Perrea Longtin.
She was educated in Easthampton and Pittsfield Schools,
She married Kenneth F. Card, Jr. on May 25, 1946. He predeceased her on October 18th, 1985.
She worked during WWII at General Electric in Pittsfield, and then for Bradlees Department Store for 20 years, retiring in 1986.
She was a communicant of the former St. Francis Church and was very active in the St. Francis Festival.
Theresa is survived by her loving family, daughter Kathleen P. MacLean of Hatfield, MA, two granddaughters Shannon MacLean Daughdrill of Easthampton, Erin MacLean, and three adored great-grandsons Spencer, Carter and Dawson Daughdrill. She is also survived by her devoted nieces and nephews, and her grandson-in-law Robert Daughdrill.
She was predeceased by her beloved son, Daniel K. Card in 1976, and her sister, Bernadette M. Galli in 2009.
Services were private and burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
