Obituary for Stephen John Beattie
Stephen John Beattie passed away into the arms of God on April 16, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
He was the son of Harold R. and Patricia A. Pitoniak Beattie.
Steve loved fishing (catch and release). He enjoyed picnics at Saratoga Race Track with his buddies. He also knew how to pick the ponies. His hobbies were also cooking and reading, not to forget his X-Box.
Steve was a successful Real Estate agent for Realty USA in Saratoga Springs for many years. At the time of his passing, he was employed by Ad Lib in Pittsfield.
Besides his parents, Steve leaves his brother Christopher and sister Jennifer (Mark) Socie, nephews, Aiden Socie and Brenden Socie, as well as aunts, uncles and many cousins.
Rest in Peace Steve. Now you can fly with the Angels.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Mr. Beattie will be held, Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 11am at St. Mark Church in Pittsfield. Following the funeral, there will be a Celebration of Life held at the Polish Falcons, Bel Air Ave, Pittsfield. All are welcome.
