Obituary for Sidney J. Brodeur, Jr.
Sidney Joseph Brodeur, Jr., 63, of Pittsfield, passed away November 13, 2022 at BMC.
Born in Pittsfield on June 21, 1959, he was the son of the late Sidney J. Brodeur, Sr., and Marylou Beattie Brodeur.
Sidney attended Taconic High School. He married the former Beverly Benjamin on August 17, 1984.
Mr. Brodeur was a firefighter for the State Forest Environmental Services. He was a skilled carpenter and landscaper. He loved nature and was an animal lover. Most of all, he loved his family.
Mr. Brodeur is survived by his wife, Beverly Brodeur. Two sons, Matthew Brodeur and fiancé Christina Duprea; and Jason Brodeur. Siblings, Linda, Joseph, William and Allan Brodeur.
He was predeceased by his brother Michael Brodeur.
