Obituary for Shaun J. Fallon

Shaun Joseph Fallon, age 53, formerly of 187 Francis Avenue, died Sunday, July 19, 2015 at home. He was born on August 6, 1961 in Pittsfield, the son of Dorothy E. Parslow Fallon and the late Joseph R. Fallon. He was a 1979 graduate of Wahconah Regional High School.
Mr. Fallon was formerly employed as a supervisor for Adams and Adams at Sabic, as well as various other careers over his lifetime. He enjoyed watching sports, he was an avid New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan; he also enjoyed fishing, bowling, playing poker, and listening to classic rock. His biggest passion was cooking, he loved to cook for family and friends
Mr. Fallon was pre-deceased by his wife Penny M. (Roddy) Fallon; she passed away on July 15, 2011.
Besides his mother Dorothy Fallon of Pittsfield, Shaun is survived by his four daughters: Samantha Fallon and her fiancé Joseph of Pittsfield, Kayla Fallon of Pittsfield, Ashlee Wadman of Pittsfield, and Heather Houghtling and her husband Heath of Gainesville, FL; one son: Brian Bouchez of Adams, MA; his sister: Nancy Wilson of St. Petersburg, FL; seven grandchildren: Mya, Zoey, Alex, Hayleigh, Emelie, Morgan, and Melissa; one niece: Lisa and her husband Sean and their son Hayden of FLORIDA; he is also survived by his cousins: Tobin and her husband Ronald and daughter Cloe; "Mickie" Chilson, and David Trembley; and his most loyal companion: Ziggy Marley.

FUNERAL NOTICE-Funeral services will be held THURSDAY, JULY 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield with Monsignor. Michael Shershanovich, pastor of St. Joseph's Church, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Hinsdale. Calling hours will be WEDNESDAY from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
