Obituary for Sharon R. Falco

SHARON RUTH FALCO, 57, of 50 Greenridge Drive, Dalton, MA, died Friday, March 5, at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA.
Born in Troy, NY, March 17, 1952, a daughter of Ellen D. Lance Cipperly
and the late Raymond F. Cipperly, she was a 1970 graduate of Troy High School.
Ms. Falco spent the majority of her career at The Tot Spot where she was a pre-
school teacher for more than 25 years until 2004.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren, as well as going to
the beach, doing puzzles, drawing, and playing cards. Besides her mother of Melbourne, FL, Ms. Falco leaves two daughters, Stacie L.
Hill and her husband, Christopher, of Pittsfield, and Jennifer M. Gwozdz and her
husband, John of Franklin, MA; five grandsons, Michael, Austin, Justin, Anthony,
and Andrew; and expected, within the month, her first granddaughter.
She also leaves her brother, Richard J. Cipperly and his wife, Paula, of
Queensbury, NY, and her sister, Lynne E. Osterhout and her husband, John, of
Keene, NH, as well as many nieces and nephews.


FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for SHARON RUTH FALCO, who died Friday, March 5, will
be Sunday, March 14, at 2:00 p.m., at DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME, in Dalton,Massachusetts with Rev.William Imes, Interim Pastor of First Congregational Church of
Dalton, officiating. Calling hours will precede the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. In lieu
of flowers, contributions in memory of Ms. Falco may be made to Boston Children's
Hospital or to the Make-A-Wish Foundation both in care of the Funeral Home, 890 East
Main Street, Dalton, MA 01226.
