Obituary for Ryan J. Cook

Ryan J. Cook, 30, of 10 Elaine Drive, Pittsfield, died at home Monday, December 29, 2014.
Born in Burlington, Vermont, on March 19, 1984, Ryan was educated in Vermont schools and was a graduate of Essex Junction High School. Continuing his education, he graduated from Berkshire Community College with an associate degree in computer science. At the time of his death he was employed at Home Depot.
Ryan was a creative writer and artist. He enjoyed music and playing bass guitar.
Ryan is survived by his mother, Lynne Bishop, of Pittsfield; his father, his brother, Justin Cook; his maternal
grandmother, Barbara Bishop, of Pittsfield; his paternal grandmother, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins throughout the region.

FUNERAL NOTICE:
A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Ryan J. Cook will be held Tuesday, January 6,
2015, at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church celebrated by the Rev. James Joyce, pastor.
There are no calling hours. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Ryan may be made to The Brain and Behavior Research Foundation
in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
