Obituary for Rosetta Pizzuto

Mrs. Rosetta Pizzuto, 70, of 368 West Housatonic St. Pittsfield, Ma. died Sunday at her home.
Born on May 11, 1936 in Turrivalignani, province of Pescara, Italy. A daughter of the late Camillo and Gemma DeLuca. She attended schools in Italy. She came to the United States in 1955 settling in Pittsfield. She became a US Citizen in 1959. Primarily a homemaker she had worked first as a seamstress at various mills in Pittsfield and later worked for many years as a crew chief at several McDonalds Restaurants in Pittsfield. She enjoyed listening to Italian Music and watching Italian Movies. She enjoyed television and spending time with her family. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She was the wife of Robert C. Pizzuto whom she married at Mt. Carmel Church on Sept. 6, 1958; he died November 23, 2005. She is survived by a son, Marcus Pizzuto of Milton, Pennsylvania. Two daughters, Gloria C. Pizzuto of Pittsfield, Ma. and Lisa Pizzuto-Grace of Queens, New York. Two Brothers, Ugo and Quintino DeLuca both of Italy. Two Sisters, Letizia DeLuca of Italy and Gina DeWolfe of Ft. Myers, Florida. And Three grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE:Funeral services for Rosetta DeLuca Pizzuto who died January 28, 2007 will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorials in her memory may be made to Elder Services of Berkshire County in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, Ma. which is handling arrangements. A Graveside service will be held at Saint Joseph's Cemetery in Pittsfield at a date and time to be announced.
