Obituary for Rosemary L. Paris

Rosemary L. Elworthy Paris, 87, passed away on November 19, 2016 in
Hyannis, MA after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease, She was born in
Pittsfield on April 26,1929 to the late William and Anna McCarthy Elworthy,
Rosemary was married for 52 years to Edward V. Paris until his death in
2000. She is survived by 4 children: Edward of Harwich, MA; David and his
wife Elizabeth of Pittsfield, MA; Paul and his wife Anne of Bonita Springs,FL
and Patricia Robitille and her husband Ken of Onset, MA,
In addition to her children, Rosemary is survived by her grandchildren; Jeff,
Lyndsay, Evan, Brian, Dan, Briana, Shane and Jesse; great-grandchildren
Cameron and Sophie; and sisters Elizabeth "Betty" Ross of Pittsfield and Joan
(Ron) Smith of Hinsdale, She was predeceased by her eldest daughter Carol
and brothers William and Robert.
Rosemary was employed for many years at Pete's Motors. She loved to cook
and delighted in making special meals for her family. She was also an avid
gardener who took great pride in her flowers. Rosemary loved the ocean and
enjoyed many trips to Cape Cod, Myrtle Beach, SC, Florida and the coast of
Maine.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Services and burial for Rosemary L. Paris who passed away November 19, 2016 will be private and held at
a later date. There will be no calling hours.
Memorial donations in Rosemary's memory can be made to the McCarthy Care Center, 73 Service Road, East Sandwich MA, 02537 or in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
