Obituary for Roger D. McFARLIN
ROGER D. McFARLIN, 52, of 226 First Street, Pittsfield, died Thursday,
February 12, at his home. Prior to coming to Pittsfield eighteen months ago, he had
resided in Worcester for many years.
Born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, May 29, 1956, the son of the late Roland and Georgia Hall Mastian, he was a graduate of Michigan schools.
A VietNam War era veteran, he served with the United States Air Force.
Mr. McFarlin was employed as a contractor laborer in the construction industry
for many years. He enjoyed fishing.
Mr. McFarlin is survived by four sons, Roland K. McFarlin of Dudley, Shannon
McFarlin of Dudley, Jeremy McFarlin or Webster, and Ryan McFarlin of Dudley
and a sister, Beverly Satterfield of Tennessee.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for ROGER D. McFARLIN, who died Thursday, February 12,
will be private. Burial will take place in the family plot in Tennessee. There are no calling hours. The DERY FUNERAL HOME is in charge
of arrangements.
