REBECCA A. SPANIOL, 92, formerly of RiverRun Apartments, Dalton, died
Monday morning at Hillcrest Commons.
Born in Wells, Vermont, March 9, 1914, she was the daughter of Fred and Florence Haskins Fisher. She attended schools in Vermont.
Mrs. Spaniol was a homemaker.She was a communicant of St. Agnes Church in Dalton.
Her husband, Donald Spaniol, died in 1986.
Mrs. Spaniol leaves two sons, Donald Spaniol of
Massachusetts and Harold Spaniol of Methuen, Massachusetts; a daughter, Vera
Peachie" Fontaine of Dalton; ten grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and ten
great great grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for REBECCA A. SPANIOL, who died Monday, August 14,
will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Ashuelot
Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory
of Mrs. Spaniol may be made to Dalton Ambulance and Rescue in care of DERY
FUNERAL HOME, 890 East Main Street, Dalton, MA 01226.
