Nancy L. Mandell, 67, of Pittsfield, passed away January 6, 2021 at Berkshire Medical Center.
She was born in Pittsfield, MA on September 18, 1952 to the late Thomas A. and Isabelle A. St. John Major.
She attended Lee schools and was a graduate of Lee High School.
Nancy married Daniel R. Mandell on March 17, 1979 in Pittsfield.
She worked for 43 years at Berkshire Life and Guardian Life in policy services. Mrs. Mandell enjoyed puzzle books, watching Jeopardy and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Daniel Mandell of Pittsfield; sons, Aaron Mandell of Pittsfield, Andrew R. Mandell of Pittsfield; three grandchildren, Jacob, Tyler and Isabella; sisters, Peggy Dugan and husband Frederick of Framingham, MA, and Marilyn Whitmarsh and husband Ron of Dalton, MA; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Eileen Buzzanco.
FUNERAL NOTICE: There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Berkshire County Jimmy Fund in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
