Obituary for Nancy A. Hauser Mrs.

Mrs. Nancy Ann Hauser, 60, of 260 Pittsfield Rd. Lenox Heights, Lenox, Ma. died Saturday morning at her home. She was a longtime resident of Washington, Ma. Until moving to Lenox in 2005.
Born on September 10, 1947 in Pittsfield, Ma. a daughter of Francis R. Tremblay and the Late Gloria M. Meiers Tremblay. She attended schools in Becket, Ma. And was a 1965 graduate of Wahconah Regional High School. She was a 1967 graduate of Hudson Valley Community College graduating with an associate's degree in dental hygiene. Mrs. Hauser had been employed for over 30 years as a dental hygienist for Doctors Alfred and Kenneth Ferris DDS in Pittsfield retiring in 2003, due to ill health. She was an active member and communicant of the former Saint Matthew's Church in Becket and was active in her community serving on the board of directors for the Becket Athenaeum. She enjoyed reading and sewing and was a collector of Boyd's Bears and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Besides her father of Becket, Ma. She is survived by her husband, Donald H. Hauser whom she married December 15, 1968 at St. Matthews Church in Becket. A daughter, Greta E. Cullett of Peru, Ma. A son Gregory F. Hauser of Charlotte, North Carolina. A Brother, Keith A. Tremblay of Becket, Ma.

Funeral Notice: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Nancy A. Hauser who died December 1, 2007 peacefully at her home in Lenox, will be held Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. at Saint Patrick's Church in Hinsdale, Ma. Celebrated by the Rev. Christopher Malatesta, pastor. A private burial will be at the convenience of the family at a later date. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials in her memory be made to Hospice Care in the Berkshires or to the Berkshire Humane Society. Nancy is also lovingly survived by sister in law, Judy Tremblay, son in law, Bruce Cullett, daughter in law, Meghan Makoid and her grand dog Lexi. DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, Ma. is handling arrangements.
