Obituary for Milton Thomas Hall
Milton Thomas Hall of Pittsfield, MA, passed away October 26, 2022 at the age of 93 after a brief illness.
Milt was born on April 13, 1929 in Adams, MA. He was raised by his very special grandmother, Euginia Carriere in Adams and then by his Aunt and Uncle, Rose and Samuel White of Dalton, MA.
He attended Dalton public schools and enlisted in the US Army Infantry where he served in Korea.
He worked at the General Electric for 42 years as a stock-keeper, retiring in 1991.
Milt and his wife Patricia had spent a lifetime of family camping and cruising the Caribbean and Hawaii. Once retired, they enjoyed their summers in Wells, Maine.
Milton leaves his loving wife, Patricia (Cardella) Hall of 66 years. He also leaves his daughter, Karen (Hall) Lefave and her husband, Dennis of North Adams, MA., Mariellen (Hall) Liccardi and her husband Peter of Haverhill, MA., his son, Daniel Hall and wife, Teresa from Chattanooga, TN. and his daughter-in -law, Donna Williams-Hall. of Pittsfield. He leaves his grandchildren, Thomas Liccardi, Ryan and Brandon Hall, Tara Lefave Stred and Joshua, Jason and Jeffery Williams, along with his great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
Milton was predeceased by his son, Michael T. Hall along with grandchildren, Trisha M. Liccardi and Christopher M. Lefave.
FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Charles Church by Fr. Daniel Cymer, followed by inurnment at St. Michael’s Mausoleum at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Milton to St. Charles Church in care of the funeral home.
