Obituary for Michael J. Brodeur
Michael J. Brodeur passed away May 13, 2022 from cardiac arrest. He was born on September 7, 1961 to the late Sidney J. Brodeur and Mary Lou (Beattie) Brodeur.
He attended Rice Elementary, North Jr. High, and Taconic High schools. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from February 1980 to February 1986 aboard the USS Coral Sea Aircraft Carrier as an Aviation Boatswains Mate. He earned a Sea Service Ribbon, Navy Expeditionary Medal and a good conduct medal.
He leaves his longtime partner of 25+ years, Helga Pierce. As well as five siblings, Linda of Cape Neddick, ME, Joseph, Sidney, William and Alan Brodeur of Pittsfield.
Per Michael’s request there will be no calling hours or services. Dery Funeral Home has been entrusted with his arrangements.
