Obituary for Mary A. Goodrich

MARY ANNE QUAGLIETTI GOODRICH, 86, formerly of 139 Newell Street, Pittsfield, died Thursday, March 27, at Hillcrest Commons where she had resided for the past seven years.
Born in Pittsfield, August 30, 1921, a daughter of Melfino and Palmina
Cacciagranna Quaglietti, she was educated in Pittsfield schools.
Mrs. Goodrich was employed by General Electric Company as an assembler in
the Ordnance Department for 17 years retiring in 1982.She was a communicant of All Souls Church.
She enjoyed skiing, dancing, traveling, yard work and gardening, and cooking.
Her husband, Alfred L. Goodrich, whom she married May 2, 1942, in Our Lady
of Mount Carmel Church, died September 14, 2001.
Mrs. Goodrich is survived by a son, Robert A.. Goodrich, and his wife, Robin of
Broadalbin, New York; a granddaughter, Christen; a brother, Rocco Quaglietti of
Pittsfield; a sister, Lucia Montini of Pittsfield, and many nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for MARY ANNE QUAGLIETTI GOODRICH
will be held Wednesday, April 2, at 10:00 a.m., at All Souls Church, celebrated by Rev.
Geoffrey J. Deeker, C.S.S., Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. There
are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Goodrich may
be made to Pittsfield Chapter of UNICO�Make A Wish in care of DERY FUNERAL
HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
