Mrs. Mary E. Carlson, 85, of Pittsfield, died March 10, 2010 at Berkshire Medical Center. She was born in Pittsfield on August 6, 1924. She leaves her husband, Howard L. Carlson Jr. Five sons; Edward King, Howard L. Carlson III, David Carlson, Paul Carlson and Eric Carlson. She also leaves a daughter; Joann Pinto and a brother, Norman Wilmot. Fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter; the late Susan O'Brien and by a son; the late Richard King.
FUNERAL NOTICE: At Mrs. Carlson's request there are no calling hours or services. Following cremation, burial will be private.
