Obituary for Marilyn A. Myers

MARILYN ANN MYERS, 67, of 458 Fenn Street, Pittsfield, died Saturday at her home.
Born in Pittsfield, January18, 1939, the daughter of Fred and Ethel E. Chapman Whittaker, she attended Pittsfield schools.
Mrs. Myers as first employed by Eaton Paper Company in the Housekeeping
Department for ten years. She then worked as a self-employed housekeeper for families
in Pittsfield for many years.
She enjoyed crocheting and collectibles.
She leaves no family.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A graveside service for MARILYN ANN MYERS, who died Saturday, June 17,
will be held Thursday, June 22, at 11:30 a.m., at Pittsfield Cemetery with Rev. William
D. Furey, Pastor of Berkshire Union Chapel, officiating. Those attending are invited to
meet inside the Cemetery gate at 11:15 a.m. There are no calling hours. In lieu of
flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Myers may be made to the Berkshire Humane
Society in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.Mrs. Myers has no family. She leaves her dear friend, Nancy J. Makowski of
Dalton, as well as Craig R. Colwell of Raynham, Massachusetts, and Shauna J.Harrington of Pittsfield, whom she considered her children since she had no children of her own and whom she helped raise.
