Obituary for Lynn Ann Pease
Lynn Ann Pease, 61, of Becket, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on December 29, 2022.
Born in Pittsfield on February 23, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Louis M. and Esther M. Ward Strout. Lynn was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a graduate of Taconic High School. She was employed in Human Resources Management for over 25 years in Berkshire County.
Lynn is survived by her son, Jason R. Pease of Peru. Daughters, Justine M. Goonan (Rico Traversa) of Peru, and Erin Pease of Becket. Lynn’s significant other, John E. Murray, Sr., of Becket, his sons, John E. Murray, Jr., (Karen) of Pittsfield, Christopher T. Murray (Shayla) of Pittsfield, and Thomas J. Dean (Amanda) of Becket. His daughter, Melissa J. Procopio (Rocco) of Pittsfield.
Lynn also leaves her grandchildren, Michael D. Goonan, III, Gabrielle W. Goonan. Ruby J. Riddell, Liam A. Pease, Jayce R. Pease and Charlotte M. Pease. John Murray’s grandchildren, Victoria and Arianna Murray, Allanah G. Murray, Harper A. Dean, Salvatore T. and Sicilia F. Procopio.
She also leaves her siblings, Louis M. Strout, Jr., (Susan) of Pittsfield, Michael E. Strout (Mary) of Williamstown, Barbara J. Weeks (Dale) of Peru, Donna M. Sakaske (Joel) of Chester, Connie L. Southard (Ricky) of Hinsdale, Lori A. Morrow-Canfora of Peru, Joanne L. Main (Eric) of Middlefield, Carol F. Strout (Warren Wetherell) of Hinsdale and 23 nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother and father, as well as her sister, Susan E. Strout.
Funeral services will be private with burial in North Becket Cemetery in the spring. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition in care of Dery-Foley Funeral Home, 890 E. Main St, Dalton, MA 01226.
