Obituary for Lorraine Fenwick

Lorraine C. Fenwick, 72, of 19 Holmeswood Terrace, died Friday at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Milton, N.H., on March 23, 1934, daughter of Charles and Florence Remick Morgan, she was educated in schools in Dover, N.H., and was a 1952 graduate of Dover High School. She also graduated from cosmetology school in Dover. She also lived in Pittsfield at one time.
Mrs. Fenwick was a homemaker and worked for a time at the former Mayfair Beauty Salon in Pittsfield.
She was a communicant of St. Ann's Church and enjoyed knitting and going to "The Nubble" at York Beach in Maine.
She and her husband, Paul E. Fenwick, were married Sept. 7, 1955. He died July 1, 1994.
She leaves two sons, Thomas C. Fenwick and David P. Fenwick, both of Pittsfield; three daughters, Debra P. Mathieu of Fairhaven, MA, Paula M. Crochiere of Becket and Karen M. Wallace of Middleborough; 10 grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for Lorraine C. Fenwick, who died Friday, March 16, 2007, will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Ann's Church in Lenox by the Rev. Christopher J. Waitekus, pastor. Burial will be in the spring in St. Ann's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, Mass. Mrs. Fenwick also leaves 10 grandchildren, Nathan, Matthew, Laura, Kirk, Lauren, Alli, Danny, Gavin, Bryan and Amelia, and a great-granddaughter, Aireanna. She also leaves a soon-to-be great-granddaughter. A brother, Charles "Skip" Morgan, is deceased. Lorraine took great joy in sharing her special angel pins with people she met throughout her day, sometimes to complete strangers, and enjoyed making baby blankets for family and friends. Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society, both in care of the funeral home.
