Obituary for Loretta B. Theoret

LORETTA BEATRICE THEORET, 90, of 35 Kellie Drive, Pittsfield, died
Monday, February 16, at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Henryville, Quebec, Canada, the daughter of Henry and Naomi Noel
Breault, she was educated in Clarenceville, Quebec, schools.
She was a homemaker. Mrs. Theoret was a communicant of St. Charles Church. She had been a communicant of the former Notre Dame Church since 1941until its closing and was a
member of its St. Anne's Ladies Guild.
She enjoyed bowling; sewing and crocheting (and made 27 afghans for her
family), as well as baking and cooking.
She leaves her husband, Leo P. Theoret, whom she married August 3, 1940.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Theoret, leaves four daughters, Theresa Bartow and
her husband, John "Jack", of Pittsfield, Louise Breitmaier and her husband, Gunter, of
Hinsdale, Anne-Marie Webster and her husband, William "Bill" of Pittsfield, and Anita
Pierce and her husband, David, of Pittsfield; a son, Paul Theoret and his wife, Karen, of
Troy, New York; a sister, Alice Lequin of Canada; fourteen grandchildren and twelve
great grandchildren.


FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for LORETTA BEATRICE THEORET, who died Monday,
February 16, will be Friday, February 20, at 9:15 a.m., from DERY FUNERAL HOME,
with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at St. Charles Church celebrated by Rev.
Peter A. Gregory, Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will
be Thursday, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers,
contributions in memory of Mrs. Theoret may be made to St. Jude Children's Research
Hospital, St. Joseph Indian School, or to St. Charles Church Elevator Fund, all in care of
the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
