Obituary for Linda L. Patterson
Linda L. Patterson, 66, of 13 Leidhold Place, Pittsfield, died Sunday, November 17, 2013, at
Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on February 15, 1947, a daughter of John J. and Mary Cravish Soldo, she was a
1965 graduate of Pittsfield High School.
At the time of her death, Mrs. Patterson was employed as Supervisor of Housekeeping at
Berkshire Medical Center, where she had worked for twenty-seven years.
The love of her life were her family and her grandkids.
She was an reader of books and also enjoyed Nintendo.
Mrs. Patterson is survived by a daughter, Tina M. Stockley, and her husband, James R.
Stockley, III., of Pittsfield; a son, John R. Patterson and his wife, Melissa, of East Greenbush, New
York; a sister, Joyce A. Phillips, of Pittsfield; a brother, James S. Soldo and his wife, Shirley "Sam", of
Pittsfield; four grandchildren, Dean M. Stockley, Jacob J. Stockley, Mitchell J. Stockley, and Jessica E.
Patterson; as well as several nieces and nephews, and her extended family.
She was pre-deceased by a brother, John R. Soldo, a sister, Catherine S. Soldo, and a
brother-in-law, Robert C. Phillips.
FUNERAL NOTICE:
Funeral services for Linda L. Patterson will be held Thursday, November 21, 2013, at 11:00 AM at DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield with Pastor Sigmund Sadzinski officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berkshire County Jimmy Fund in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
