Obituary for Laurence Paul Boucher

Laurence Paul Boucher, 77, of Pittsfield died Saturday, March 14, 2015 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Born on October 15, 1937 in North Adams, Ma. a son of the late Emile and Florence Robillard Boucher. He attended schools in North Adams, Ma.
Mr. Boucher was employed for the General Electric Company Ordnance Dept. as clerk of records and supply's for the computer department retiring after 30 years of service in 1992.
He enjoyed dancing and country line dancing, music and listening to his favorite radio station WUPE, he also enjoyed gardening, working out at Peterson Field House at Berkshire Community College and going out to lunch with his dear friend George Haddad. He was a communicant of Saint Marks Church and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and his beloved pets. He leaves his wife the former, Barbara J. Casey whom he married June 17, 1961 at Saint Marks Church. Three daughters, Suzette R. Naylor of Pittsfield, Kelley J. Taylor of Becket and Michelle M. Bernetich and husband James of Burlington, Ct. Two sisters, Denise Kent of New Hampshire and Leda Andross of North Carolina. Three grandchildren, Ryan C. Naylor, Declan and Keara Bernetich. He was predeceased by a brother John Boucher.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services will be held Friday, March 20, 2015 with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Marks Church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours at DERY FUNERAL HOME 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, Ma. will be Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorials in his memory may be made to Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
