Obituary for Kathryn Ann Rehard

KATHRYN ANN CRONIN REHARD, 80, of Cincinnati, Ohio, formerly of
Pittsfield, died Sunday, December 26, 2010, in Cincinnati.
Born in Pittsfield on June 27, 1930, the daughter of William Cronin and Mary
Carey Cronin, she was a 1948 graduate of St. Joseph Central High School.
Mrs. Rehard was a 17-year employee at General Electric Company in Ohio
and was a 10-year employee at the Public Library of Cincinnati.
While a resident of Pittsfield, Mrs. Rehard was a communicant of St. Joseph
Church. In Ohio, she was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
Mrs. Rehard was President of the Residents Council at Cottingham Retirement
Community where she was an active participant and Wii bowling champion. She was
an avid reader who also loved the arts and music.
She was the beloved wife of the late Clayton Ellis Rehard for 59 years.
Mrs. Rehard was the devoted mother of Mary Kathryn Rehard Nugent and her
husband, Patrick Nugent, and Marc Ellis Rehard; the loving supportive grandmother of
Emma Patricia Nugent Rehard and Eliza Kathryn Nugent Rehard; dear sister of the late
Rosemary Cronin Dellea and sister-in-law of James Edward Dellea. She is also survived
by a cherished niece and several nephews and their families.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral Services for KATHRYN ANN CRONIN REHARD will be held
Saturday, January 15, 2011, at 8:15 a.m., from DERY FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy
of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church celebrated by Rev. James K.
Joyce, Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday,
from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in
memory of Mrs. Rehard may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Catholic
Charities, or to any charity of the donor's choice, all in care of DERY FUNERAL
HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
