Obituary for Karen Lambert Cannon

Karen Lambert Cannon, 57, of 363 Tyler Street died Saturday at Berkshire Medical Center. Born on December 19, 1957 in Pittsfield she was a daughter of Beverly Hebler Lambert of Pittsfield and the late Nelson C. Lambert. A lifelong Pittsfield resident, she was educated in Pittsfield schools. A homemaker, she had worked at one time at Adrian's Diner and had also done housekeeping for several years. Karen attended Trinity Methodist Church in her younger years. She enjoyed puzzles, music, dancing, singing and doing word search puzzles. Besides her mother of Pittsfield, she leaves her husband; David H. Cannon of Pittsfield whom she married on August 1, 2005. Four sons; Jason A. Wells of Dalton, Matthew D. Wells of Burlington, VT, William Scheufler of Pittsfield and Peter Glover Jr. of Lee. Three step-sons; Kelly C. Cannon of Greenfield, Donald A. Wells Jr. of Pittsfield and Kevin M. Wells of Pittsfield. A step-daughter; Judith Wells Underhill of Pittsfield. Six sisters; Donna L. Brazee and her husband Edmond of Pittsfield, Denise Frontiero of Cape May, NJ, Laurie B. Petell of Pittsfield, Lisa A. Restel and her husband Michael of Pittsfield, Pamela J. Lambert of Pittsfield and Kristie L. Kinnas and her husband Ronald of Pittsfield. Five grandchildren; Garrett, Brian, Sarah, Emily Rose and Noah. She also leaves many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as aunts and uncles.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Memorial Service for Karen Lambert Cannon of Pittsfield who died August 29, 2015 will be held Thursday at 11:30 AM at First United Methodist Church of Pittsfield. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Memorial donations in memory of Karen may be made to Moments House in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, MA 01201 which is handling arrangements.
