Justine Priscilla Brown, 86 of Dalton, passed away April 26, 2023 at her home.
Born in Washington, MA on May 4, 1936 she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Kelly.
Justine married A. Michael Brown on March 19, 1952. He predeceased her on April 19, 1997.
Mrs. Brown was primarily a homemaker. She ran the snack bar at Plunket Lake and owned and worked at various antique stores & Ideal Wood Stoves.
She was an avid gardener, with her beautiful gardens that could be seen while driving down Main Street. She enjoyed doing Reiki and Palmistry.
Mrs. Brown is survived by her children, John Brown of Windsor, Michael Brown and wife Mary of Windsor, Erin Brown of Windsor, Devon Brown and wife Gail of Hinsdale, Jesse Brown and wife Darlene of Dalton, Molly Brown and husband Shaun of Key West, FL, Justine Kirchner and husband Jim of Dalton, Klancy Koplimae and husband Andy of Spain, Kaytlyn Brown and partner Rod of Oregon, Sara Brown and partner Leland of Housatonic, Brian Brown and wife Eiko of Dalton. 25 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Bridget Brown, and sons, Patrick Brown and Galen Brown.
Per her wishes there will be no services. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to The Berkshire Humane Society in care of Dery-Foley Funeral Home, 890 E. Main St, Dalton, MA 01226.
