Obituary for John A. Stracuzzi

JOHN A. STRACUZZI, 42, of 69 Appleton Avenue, Pittsfield, a life-long resident of Pittsfield, died Sunday, June 28, at his home.
Born in Pittsfield, June 27, 1967, a son Loretta Dorgan Stracuzzi and the late
Angelo R. Stracuzzi, he was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a graduate of Pittsfield High School.
Mr. Stracuzzi owned and operated Haul-All in Pittsfield for several years.
He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan who also enjoyed fishing. He especially
enjoyed following his nephews' sporting events.
Besides his mother of Pittsfield, he is survived by three brothers, Joseph M.
Greenleaf, Angelo C. Stracuzzi, and Anthony C. Stracuzzi, all of Pittsfield; two sisters,
Deborah McGuire and Donna M. Smith, both of Pittsfield; his former wife, Tikki Babbs, of Pittsfield; and many nieces and nephews.
He was pre-deceased by two brothers, Gerald "Butch" Greenleaf and James Greenleaf, both late of Pittsfield.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A graveside service for John A. Stracuzzi, 42, of Pittsfield who died June 28, 2009 will be held Monday, July 6th at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Cemetery in Pittsfield. There are no calling hours. Those attending may meet inside the cemetery gate at 9:45 AM. Memorial donations may be made to Pittsfield South Little League in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield, MA 01201.
