Obituary for John K. Garrett
John Kealey Garrett, of Lenox, MA, passed away on December 27, 2020.
He was born in Pittsfield, MA and is the son of the late Leslie H. and Margaret L. Miller Garrett.
A graduate of Lenox High School, Berkshire Community College and North Adams State College, he was employed at General Electric and the United States Postal Service.
John had many passions, he loved music and the arts, traveling, gardening and the outdoors. He was full of life and always brought a laugh to any gathering. As a true Christ follower, he would always lend a hand to those in need.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Garrett of Lenox, his children, Alyssa and Marcus; two grandchildren, Madison and Landon. His sister, Laurie Robert and husband Leonard. He was predeceased by his sister, Joyce Magner.
There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to Shriners Hospitals for Children in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
