Obituary for John Austin Gajewski

John Austin Gajewski, 23, of 38 Hamlin Street, Pittsfield, MA died Friday September 25, 2015 at Berkshire Medical Center.
He was born in Pittsfield on December 27, 1991. He attended schools in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and had served in the US Army reserves in New Hampshire. John had done maintenance jobs for private families. He had been a supporter of Soldier On and enjoyed playing the guitar and piano and also enjoyed soccer and karate.
He leaves his Mother, Katrina M. Jacobs of Pittsfield, Three sisters, Rebecca and Katelynn Leach both of Pittsfield and Tiffaney McGrath of Michigan. His adopted parents, Laura and Jim Gajewski of Tennessee. His maternal grandmother, Kathleen Meyers of Pittsfield. His paternal grandmother Catherine Croteau of the State of Florida. A niece, Gabriella Leach and his Godfather, Joseph Rhoades. He was predeceased by his father, Mark Gilday.
