Obituary for Jennie S. Perreault

JENNIE S. PERREAULT, 84, formerly of Sugar Hill, Dalton, died Wednesday morning at Hillcrest Commons where she had resided since June 2005. Born in Pittsfield, April 21, 1922, a daughter of Charles and Stella Mierzejewski
Hermanski, she was educated in Pittsfield schools and was a 1940 graduate of Pittsfield
High School. Mrs. Perreault was a homemaker.
She was a communicant of St. Agnes Church where she taught CCD, and was a former member of its Rosary Sodality. She was an avid walker and also enjoyed cooking. Her husband, George V. Perreault, whom she married September 9, 1944, died September 6, 2005.
Mrs. Perreault is survived by three sons, Thomas L. Perreault of Dalton, George
R. Perreault of Dumfries, Virginia, and Vinal R. Perreault of Houston, Texas; a daughter,
Deborah A. Fontaine of Belchertown; a brother, Edward Hermanski of Pittsfield; a sister,
Wanda Morse of Pittsfield; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE: A Liturgy of Christian Burial for JENNIE S. PERREAULT, who died
Wednesday, October 25, will be Monday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m., St. Agnes Church
celebrated by Rev. Christopher A. Malatesta, Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph's
Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of
Mrs. Perreault may be made to St. Agnes School in care of DERY-FOLEY FUNERAL HOME, 890 East Main Street, Dalton. Mrs. Perreault loved being with her family and grandchildren, and especially
being with her favorite son, Vinal. She was pre-deceased by two brothers, Ray
Hermanski and Majek Hermanski, and a sister, Helen Fisher.
