Obituary for Jeffrey Alan Hubbard

Jeffrey Alan Hubbard, 49, of 138 Crane Avenue, Pittsfield, died after a long illness, with
his family by his side, on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at Berkshire Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on November 13, 1966, the son of Rita Cancilla Hubbard and the late
Albert K. Hubbard, he was a graduate of St. Joseph Central High School, Castleton (Vermont)
University and Berkshire Community College.
Mr. Hubbard had worked with his late father who owned and operated Hubbard
Security and Investigations.
He was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church.
Jeff enjoyed sports, was a Red Sox, Celtics, and Steelers fan, and enjoyed golf. He
also enjoyed time with his family.
Mr. Hubbard leaves his wife, the former Wendy Lovett, whom he married September 2, 1995.
Besides his wife and his mother, he is survived by his son, Albert J Hubbard of Pittsfield;
his brother, Alan Hubbard of Pittsfield; his niece, Olivia, his sister-in-law, Sandi; his sister-in-law,
Stacy Harley and her husband, Carlton; and his niece, Raya Thomas.

FUNERAL NOTICE:
Funeral services for Jeffrey Alan Hubbard will be held Thursday, March 3, at 9:15 from
DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield, with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Church celebrated by Rev. Peter M. Naranjo, Parochial Vicar.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Berkshire Humane Society or
to Sacred Heart Church both in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
