Obituary for Helen Marion Annis
Helen Marion Annis, 87 of Pittsfield, passed away April 1, 2021. She was born on April 25, 1933 in Reading, Vermont, and was raised in Plymouth, Vermont.
She was educated in Vermont schools and was primarily a homemaker. Helen was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church of Lenox, MA. She enjoyed spending time in her home and with her children and mother. She had a great adoration for her.
Mrs. Annis is survived by her son, Ronald Hoisington (Arlene) of Pittsfield, daughters, Valerie Jean Hoisington of Springfield, Nancy Helen Babcock (George) of Lanesborough, Susan Mary Martin (Rickie) of North Adams, Ann Marie Hoisington of Pittsfield and Kelly Lyne Alger of Pittsfield; two sisters, Bernice Sakawski of Pittsfield and Hilda Fitzpatrick of Pittsfield; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, David Hoisington.
There will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Foundation for the Blind in care of Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
