Obituary for Heather M. Walger
Heather M. Walger,32 of Pittsfield, passed away March 14, 2021. She was bornin Pittsfield on August 12, 1988 to Stephanie Chapman Grandbois and James Walger.
She attended Pittsfield schools and was a very artistic and free-spirited woman. Heather was funny, fearless, and loved Johnny Cash.
She married Nicholas A. Mastendino on November 10, 2011.
Besides her husband, she leaves behind her mother and step-father, Stephanie and Alfred Grandbois; her four children, Madelyn, Robert, Norah, and Lily. Her father, James Walger; four sisters, Megan Lamb (Josh), Amanda Walger, Hollianne Walger and Danielle Grandbois. Grandparents, David Chapman and wife Liz and Armand and Barbara Walger. As well as four nephews.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Sara and Bill Thorne.
Funeral Notice: A Memorial service will be held, Monday, April 5, 2021 at 5 p.m. at Dery Funeral Home. Calling hours will follow the service from 5-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Brien Center in care of the funeral home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
