Obituary for Francis F. Demary
Francis F. Demary, Jr., 78, of Pittsfield, passed away February 15, 2021 at Berkshire Medical Center.
He was born in Pittsfield on August 16, 1942 to Gladys May Boyd Demary and Francis F. Demary Sr.
Mr. Demary married the former Addella Jean Jordan on August 5, 1964. She predeceased him on December 6, 2012.
He was employed as a driver for many years, having worked for Yellow Taxi and also for Abbott’s Limousine Service and Demary Limousine Service.
Mr. Demary was an avid Boston Red Sox fan who enjoyed fishing and watching boxing and golf.
Survivors include his children, Mary-Ann & Michael Crippa of Pittsfield, Diana & Bruce Bellinger of Cheshire, and Douglas J. Demary of Pittsfield. His sisters, Barbara Burdick of Coxsackie, NY, Betsy Jenkins of California, Nancy Walker of Arizona and Wanda Sayers of Pittsfield. Five grandchildren, Karl Raimer, III, Cory Demary, Michael Crippa, Jr., Joshua Bellinger and Alex Demary, and four great-grandchildren, Brandon, Walker, Ava, and Easton.
He was predeceased by his brothers Kenneth and James Demary.
