Obituary for David B. Driscoll

David Bruce Driscoll, 65, of 65 Columbus Avenue, Columbia Arms Apts. Pittsfield, Ma. died Tuesday afternoon at Laurel Center for Rehabilitation in Lee, Ma. where he has resided for the past 2 months. Born on March 8, 1941 in Ware, Ma. a son of the late Joseph Leo Driscoll and Ethel Bruce Driscoll. He attended schools in Belchertown, Ma. He was a US Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He had also served in the Naval Reserve. Mr. Driscoll was last employed for the former Fitch's Garage on West Housatonic St. Pittsfield as a mechanic for more than 10 years, he retired in 1999. He was a member of the Dalton American Legion. He has resided in Pittsfield since 1959. He leaves a daughter, Donna M. Murphy of Pittsfield, Ma. Two sons, Michael J. Driscoll of Granby, CT. and Patrick M. Driscoll of Pittsfield, Ma. Two sisters, Claire Martha Reynolds of Easthampton, Ma. and Elizabeth Ann Chamberlain of Chicopee, Ma. also survived by his former wife, Ann Clancy Driscoll Lozoda of Pittsfield, Ma.
