Obituary for Constance Rae Silver
Constance Rae Silver, 94, of Pittsfield, passed away October 5, 2022 at Mt. Greylock Extended Care Facility.
She was born in Los Angeles, CA on April 8, 1928 to Ben and France Goldner Silver. She was in charge of the Pierce Community College Career Center in Los Angeles for many years and an advocate of higher education.
She is survived by her brother, Stuart J. Silver and wife Judi Sittler of State College, PA, as well as her dear friend, Linda Cancilla of Pittsfield.
Per her wishes there will be no services. Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, has been entrusted with her arrangements. Any contributions in Connie’s name, to the Ralph J. Froio Senior Center, 330 North St. Pittsfield, would be appreciated.
