Obituary for Chelsea Lyn Burnham

Chelsea Lyn Burnham, 23, of Pittsfield, passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at Boston Medical Center.
Born in Pittsfield on September 12, 1989, the daughter of Lisa J. Burnham, she
was educated in Crosby Elementary School, Reid Middle School, and Taconic High Schools.
Miss Burnham was last employed as a cashier at Maria's Pastry Shop in Boston's
North End.
Chelsea loved to be around people. She loved to laugh, spend time with family and friends, being at the ocean, travel, and shopping. Her happiest moments were spent with her son. Those who truly knew her loved her dearly and will forever miss her.
Besides her mother of Pittsfield, Miss Burnham leaves her 17-month-old son,
Demitri Burnham, who was the love of her life; her maternal grandmother, Roxana
Burnham of Pittsfield; her maternal grandfather, Lawrence Burnham and his wife, Jean, of Roswell, Georgia; two uncles, Lance Burnham of Pittsfield, and Larry Burnham of Lee; as well as her cousins, Justina, Julia, Trevor, and Sam.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Chelsea Lyn Burnham will be held Friday, February 1, at
2:00 p.m., at DERY FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Peter A. Gregory, Pastor of St.
Charles Church, officiating. Calling hours will precede the service beginning at 1:00
p.m., In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Miss Burnham may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society or to the Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter, both in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
