Obituary for Charlotte Allen Brashear Turbeville

The family of Charlotte Allen Brashear Turbeville is sad to share the news of her passing on March 2, 2016, after a long illness and she will be missed by her family and friends.
Born on July 22, 1935 in Wichita Falls, TX, Charlotte graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in geology, working as a mother, ceaselessly for numerous charities including the March of Dimes and in many fields over the years, most recently at Coury Construction, Monteleone Flooring, Yankee Inn and the Girl Scout Store in Pittsfield, MA.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 55 years, William Lucas Turbeville, and her children, Kelley Turbeville Fairbank and her husband Daniel Rombough,of Stratford, Ontario, Timothy Allen Turbeville and his wife Annmarie Petricca Turbeville of Sandwich Ma. and Kimberley Turbeville Munch of Pittsfield. She also leaves behind six loving grandchildren, Michelle Fairbank, Sarah Fairbank, Rachael Munch, Justin Turbeville, William Munch and Benjamin Turbeville.
She spent a life enjoying laughter at herself and life, playing cards and games, bringing joy to her family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all.


FUNERAL NOTICE
A Memorial Service for Charlotte A. Turbeville will be held Tuesday March 8, at 2:00pm at DERY FUNERAL HOME in Pittsfield with Rev. Richard E. Hayes, Chaplain , officiating. Calling hour will precede the service beginning at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home 54 Bradford St 01201. She leaves a big hole in our hearts.
