Charles Henry Winn, 96, formerly of 153 Skyline Trail, Middlefield, passed away May 7, 2022 at Mt. Carmel Care Center in Lenox.
Born in Stockbridge, MA, on April 6, 1926, he was the son of the late Luther R. “James” Winn and Lena Morgan Winn.
He was a United States Navy Veteran, having served during World War II.
He married the former Barbara J. Strout on September 23, 1948. She predeceased him in 2020.
Mr. Winn was a maintenance man and driver for the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
He leaves behind his children, Charles Winn Jr., and wife Nancy of Summerton, SC, Julie Marcoulier and husband John of Chester, MA, and Michael J. Winn and life companion Donna Baxter of Middlefield, MA. As well as three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Burial with Military Honors will be private in Elmwood Cemetery in Great Barrington. Dery Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
