Obituary for Carol Ann Lawrence

Carol Ann Lawrence, 69, of 29 Crystal Street, Pittsfield, passed away August 29, 2018 at home.

Born in Pittsfield on August 19, 1949 to Lorraine Williams and the late Herbert Hayes, Sr., she was a graduate of Pittsfield High School.

Carol worked primarily as a housekeeper for Sue Chalet, Jiminy Peak, Melbourne Place and she retired from Craneville Place in Dalton. She also previously worked as a bus monitor.

She enjoyed playing BINGO and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Lawrence leaves behind her daughter, Tonya Reynolds of Pittsfield, her mother Lorraine Williams of Lenox; brother Thomas Hayes, Sr., of Pittsfield and nine grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Jonathan Lawrence and by the father who raised her James Williams.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Carol will be held, MONDAY, September 10, 2018 at 1:00pm at Dery Funeral Home in Pittsfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the funeral home, to help the family defray funeral costs.
