Obituary for Beth E. Bordeau

BETH ELAINE BORDEAU, 59, of 173 Bromback Street, Pittsfield, died Saturday, May 9, at St. Cloud Regional Medical Center in St. Cloud, Florida.
Born in Pittsfield, June 6, 1949, a daughter of John F. and Margaret Shea
Lummus , she was a graduate of Pittsfield High School. Mrs. Bordeau was employed as a secretary at Berkshire Medical Center
for 35 years until retiring in 2003.
She was a member of St. Joseph Church and had been a member of the former Notre Dame Church.
She loved traveling to Hampton Beach and her dogs. She leaves her husband, Donald J. Bordeau, whom she married May 9,
1981. Besides her husband, Mrs. Bordeau leaves a daughter, Meg Bordeau of
Intersession City, Florida; a brother, Daniel Lummus and his wife, Mary, of Dalton; nine
nieces and nephews, Michael Stracuzzi, Nancy Stracuzzi, Kathy Stracuzzi, her godchild,
Janie Holmes, Danny Stracuzzi, Lynn Stracuzzi, Daniel Lummus, Jr., James 'J.F."
Lummus, all of Pittsfield, and Jaquiline Bolinowski of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
She was pre-deceased by a brother, Freddy Lummus and a sister, Peggy Stracuzzi.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for BETH ELAINE BORDEAU, who died Saturday, May 9,
will be Thursday, May 14, at 8:15 a.m. from DERY FUNERAL HOME, with a Liturgy
of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m., at St. Joseph Church celebrated by Rev. Msgr. Michael
A. Shershanovich, Pastor. Burial will be at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Bordeau may be made to Our Friends at Renal Dialysis in care of the Funeral Home, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
