Obituary for Armond C. Peasleee Jr.

Armond C. Peaslee Jr., 45 of 11 Keeler Street in Pittsfield died Friday at Berkshire Medical Center after a long illness. Born on May 15, 1970 in Pittsfield, he was a son of Armond C. Peaslee Sr. and the late Linda Jerome Peaslee who died May 16, 2008. A lifelong resident of Pittsfield, he was educated in Pittsfield schools. He enjoyed following and studying the weather and working on his computer. He also enjoyed watching television and he was a fan of WWE Wrestling. Armond leaves his father; Armond C. Peaslee Sr. of Pittsfield. A brother; Shane A. Peaslee of Pittsfield and two sisters; Jackie Lynn Sacco of Pittsfield and Jerrie Lynn Peaslee of Green Island, NY. He also leaves his four nephews; Alex Peaslee, Brandon Peaslee, Ethan Peaslee and Ian Sacco. He also leaves a very close cousin Michael Alfonso Peaslee as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. The Peaslee family would like to thank all of the doctors, nurses and staff at Berkshire Medical Center who treated and cared for Armond, especially for all of the compassionate care shown to him and his family. They would also like to thank all of the first responders; the members of the Pittsfield Fire Department and Pittsfield Police Department whom so often don't receive the recognition they so greatly deserve.


FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Armond C. Peaslee Jr. of Pittsfield who died February 19, 2016 will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Armond may be made to the Pittsfield Fire Department Central Station in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 which is handling arrangements.
