Obituary for Anna Adelheid (Siegmund) Lambert
Anna Adelheid (Siegmund) Lambert, known to friends and family as Heidi, 85, of 1 Daniels Avenue, passed peacefully in her sleep at home on September 17. Born in the Schwand district of Germany, Heidi married her husband, the late Albert J. Lambert, Jr., (Al), on April 13, 1955 in Aschaffenburg, Germany.
She was a homemaker and nutritionist who proudly became a US citizen in 1973 and resided in Pittsfield for over 60 years.
Heidi was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Al, and sister Barbara L. Bush. She is survived by children Katherine Pemble (Gary), Albert Lambert III, Debra Vigna (Tony) and Shirley Kokindo (Wayne), 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL NOTICE: Per Mrs. Lambert's wishes there will be no calling hours or services and the burial will be private. In honor of the care provided to her husband Al, donations in memory of Heidi may be made to Hospice Care in The Berkshires in care of the DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford St., Pittsfield, MA 01201 which is handling arrangements.
