Obituary for Angelo "Bud" Garzone Sr.

Angelo "Bud" Garzone, Sr, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2013, with his loving family by his side.
Angelo was born in Pittsfield on May 4, 1942, son of Theresa Panetti Garzone and the late Louis Garzone. He grew up in Pittsfield and graduated from Pittsfield High School.
He worked at General Electric for 27 years and later at Seabring Stables. He
He enjoyed fishing, trips to the casino, going out to lunch with friends, and long
walks.
He leaves his loving wife of 51 years, Donna McColgan Garzone; his mother,
Theresa Garzone of Pittsfield; four children, Angelo, Jr., and his wife, Terri; Jodi and her
partner, Tony; Michelle, and Tracy. He also leaves four grandchildren, Brandon,
Webber, Dominic, Alaina, and Christena Garzone. He leaves two brothers, Louie
Garzone and his wife, Betty, and Tony Garzone, and sister, Patricia Mazzeo and her
partner, Dan; also, several nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, and a
special friend, Dickie Martin.
The family extends their thanks to the staff at HospiceCare in The Berkshires for
the compassionate care and kindness given to Mr. Garzone and to his family.

FUNERAL NOTICE: Funeral services for Angelo "Bud" Garzone, Sr., will be held Tuesday, April 9,
with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m., at St. Charles Church celebrated by Rev.
Peter A. Gregory, Pastor. A celebration of life will be follow in the Church Hall. There
are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mr. Garzone may be
made to the charity of one's choice in care of DERY FUNERAL HOME, 54 Bradford Street, Pittsfield.
