Obituary for Aiden Matthew Kudlate
Aiden Matthew Kudlate, infant child of Matthew R. Kudlate and Jessica M. Schrump passed away peacefully in the arms of his parents on Tuesday December 15, 2015 in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Bay State Medical Center.
In addition to his parents Aiden leaves behind his brother Liam M. and his sister Mia M. of Pittsfield, his paternal grandfather Ralph E. Kudlate of Pittsfield, his maternal grandmother Deborah J. Brennan of Pittsfield, his uncle Kyle Kudlate and his longtime girlfriend Nicole Russell of Pittsfield, and his uncle Andrew R. Schrump and his wife Valerie of Stephentown, N.Y. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother Kelly Gerwaski.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Bay State Medical Center who cared for Aiden during his illness.
Funeral Notice
Funeral Services for Aiden Matthew Kudlate will be held Thursday December 17th at 7PM at Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St. Pittsfield. Calling Hours will precede the service from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Aiden's memory can be made to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Bay State Medical Center in care of the funeral home.
