Obituary for Adrienne E. Cornellier

Adrienne Eve Cornellier,96, formerly of Dartmouth St. in Pittsfield died in Nashua, NH on December 23, 2006. Born in Lac Megantic, Canada on Dec. 14, 1910 she was the daughter of the late Adelard and Marie Lamontagne Charland. She attended schools in Canada. A mender, she worked in woolen mills in Torrington, North Adams, Pittsfield and in Dalton for 49 years retiring in 1974. She was at one time, a communicant of Notre Dame Church and where she belonged to the St. Anne Auxiliary, she also belonged to the Senior Citizens Club and St. Jean Baptist. She was married to the late J. Philip Cornellier whom she married Aug. 30,1935. He died on Jan 30,1983. She leaves a son Donald Cornellier of Nashua, NH, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral Notice: Funeral Service for Adrienne E. Cornellier, 96, who died Dec. 23, 2006 will be held on Thursday Dec. 28, 2006 at 10:15 AM from DERY FUNERAL HOME with a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00am at Sacred Heart Church Celebrated by Rev. James Joyce, Pastor. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Calling hour on Thursday will be from 9:30am-10:30am at the Funeral Home. In Lieu of Flowers memorial Donations may be made to the American Heart Association in care of the funeral home 54 Bradford st. Pittsfield 01201. Adrienne will be lovingly missed by her grandchildren Gregory and his wife Lisa Cornellier, Michelle and her husband Mark Myrdek and Jeffrey and his wife Tina Cornellier, and her great grandchildren Blake and Tyler Cornellier, Jocelyn, Kylie and Myles Myrdek and Samantha Cornellier and nieces and nephews.
